Writing as a fundamental principle in criminal law theory and judicial practice

Introduction: This scientific article focuses on a detailed analysis of the principle of writing in criminal proceedings, which is one of the key principles of the legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Writing, as an instrumental aspect of criminal proceedings, provides formalization of procedural actions and decisions, thus contributing to their accessibility, comprehensibility and transparency for all participants of the process. The importance of this study is conditioned not only by the relevance of the topic in the context of ensuring the rights and freedoms of participants in criminal proceedings, but also by the need to analyze the existing normative acts and the practice of their application in the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
