Planning the financial stability of the company

The article examines methods of financial stability planning using the example of JSC SPZ, a regional manufacturer of bellows and instrument-making products. Financial stability is analyzed through the prism of forecasting financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow management. Particular attention is paid to the organizational structure of planning, where the key role is played by the planning and economic and financial departments, as well as the accounting department. The main tools are the payment calendar and cash flow budget, which allow monitoring liquidity and identifying deviations from planned indicators.
