Planning of public procurement

This article reveals the relationship of public procurement with the political, social and economic processes of the state. The author defines the essence of public procurement planning. The methods of public procurement planning in accordance with the current legislation in the sphere of the contract system are revealed. The concepts and implementation of such methods of public procurement planning as procurement plan, schedule, justification, regulation of procurement, as well as public discussion of procurement are disclosed. The necessity of the contract price as part of the procurement plan was assessed. The methods of determining the initial price of the contract are noted. The importance of public procurement planning as a stage of financial activity of the state is revealed.
