Planning and motivation, as a function of influencing the development of a career in the public service

This article studied functions such as planning and motivation that influence the development of the career of civil servants. Also identified problems affecting the development of a career in the civil service bodies and the ways of their solution. Examined the horizontal and vertical career paths, which should be considered in planning a career and to be closely related to the motivation of civil servants.
