Project planning, monitoring and management

The implementation of certain actions, as well as following a specific strategy, requires a type of management process such as project management. Only with a competent combination of planning and control processes is it possible to successfully manage projects. This article provides a brief description of the main project management methods. The classification of project planning tools is given, and the types and methods of monitoring in the process of project implementation are considered.
