Planning for the use of the rescue center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in humanitarian activities using the example FGKU "Noginsky SC EMERCOM of Russia"

The article considers the main planning measures carried out in the rescue centers of the Russian Emergencies Ministry during humanitarian events. It is concluded that for the qualitative implementation of tasks for the purpose, the development of humanitarian ties with partner countries, it is necessary to pay special attention to the planning of these events. The most qualitative approach to the planning of the main measures is considered, which has proven to be rational in practical application.
