The article examines the issues of planning the creation and implementation of innovative solutions in the activities of the enterprise. The authors describe in detail the process of implementing innovations, which affects the life cycle of the organization and consists of a number of stages. Much attention is also paid to the process of planning the results of implementing innovative solutions - from developing an idea to obtaining the effects of implementing innovative solutions (products) and analyzing the selected innovation strategy. In conclusion, the authors provide recommendations for the application of the described stages of planning the creation and implementation of innovations.
