The scientific article examines the aspects of planning the activities of enterprises in the context of diversification of production and variability of orders for the supply of products. As a result of the study, the relevance of the introduction of progressive methodological and technical innovations is substantiated, allowing to organize production planning along the entire chain of business processes .
