The scheduled start - the important factor of optimization of economic development

In V. Putin's speech «About development strategy of Russia till-2020» on February, 8th, 2008 at session of the State Council large-scale problems which are necessary to solve for acceleration in the rates of economic growth and improvement of population's life quality are designated. In the following article one of key factors optimization of national economy development is considered.
