New plasticizing additives in concrete on the base of pulp-paper and mining industrial wastes are received. The influence of complex modifiers for cement solutions in the form of humate reagents from brown coals and lignosulfonates on the rheological and mechanical properties of cement solutions and concrete is determined. It is established that the plasticizing agents reduce water requirement by 20% and more, increase mobility and strength characteristics of cement solutions.
