Leaf-horned beetles (Coleoptera, Scarabaeoidea) in the Amur region (Russia): fauna ecology, biocenotical and economic importance

Complex analysis of fauna and ecology of the leaf-horned beetles in the Amur region is given for the first time. 104 species of Scarabaeoidea from 37 geni, 19 tribes, 15 subfamilies, 5 families are revealed. Five trophic groups such as coprophagues (49 species, 47,1 %), phitophagues (46 species, 44,3 %), keratophagues (4 species, 3,8 %), saprophagues (4 species 3,8 %) and aphagues (1 species, 1 %) are determined. The issues of imago Scarabaeoidea activity phenology, biotopical distributions, biocenotical and economic importance are studied.
