The technique of plasma spraying of coating ferrite powders sintered ferrite products is offered. The influence of technological factors spraying and fractional composition of the morphology, structural change, chemical composition and magnetic properties of the coatings is researched. It is found that the loss of oxygen in the ferrite during plasma spraying determined fractional composition of the starting powder, originally used gas, heating temperature and residence time of the particles in the plasma jet, oxygen diffusion coefficient. Increase in the fraction of the spray powders stabilizes the chemical composition of the coatings. Introduction into the plasma jet process gas oxygen (1-3 %), even at high power deposition stabilizes the chemical composition of the coating with respect to oxygen. Radiographic studies have established that in the coating material occurs a small amount of amorphous phase. Plasma deposition technology allows to combine the coating operation, and by controlling the annealing temperature in the spot deposition process gas flow rate and oxygen, which provides the chemical composition and microstructure of the coatings with the required level of magnetic properties.
