Recruitment in the modern world is one of the main elements of business success for any organization. After all, a new employee is able to bring fresh ideas and new approaches to the company’s activities. With the development of information technology in the period of digitalization, most methods of recruiting and selecting applicants for vacant positions that have existed for many years are becoming irrelevant. This article discusses the pros and cons of using some digital technologies when recruiting personnel for an organization. With so many digital tools available, HR professionals need to be able to identify and implement those that are most effective and efficient.
