The author tries to analyze and forecast the applying of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 25.11.2013 № 313-FZ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" and the draft of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "On approval of control over performing by persons their additional duties to take the cure for drug addiction entrusted to them under administrative punishment imposed by the court.
