Maintaining international peace and ensuring human security

This article deals with the formation of the law of peace as a special system of principles and norms aimed at protecting peace and ensuring the security of mankind. It is noted that international treaties, agreements, as well as mechanisms have been developed to ensure peace, resolve conflicts and prevent violations of international law. In addition, the institutions and structures that establish legal norms and principles that regulate the behavior of states and other international actors in peace conditions and contribute to the resolution of disputes and conflicts are considered.
