The supporting program of entrepreneurial initiative from unemployed people is one of the assisting strategic directions to help the inhabitants employment in Dnipropetrovsk region

In the article the effectiveness of the head and regional employment centers work on the implementation of the unemployment level abatement, one of the foreground directions, and the development of small businesses, the perspective economic sector, is studied. The experience, the methods of work with potential entrepreneurs, the role of social participation with the executive authorities, local government and public bodies are developed here. The author interprets other important aspects of the employment service performance in the assistance to the development of entrepreneurship, particularly the work on analyzing the labour market and the collaboration with scientific methodologists.
