Bachelor of laws training in law enforcement in humanistic paradigm of education

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that professional activity of law enforcement staff is conditioned by the lawyer’s professional ethics and professional and ethical norms in the society. The authors depict that this profession can be applied to the system “human-human”. Subsequently, the training and further professional activity should be humanistic. In the article, the main positions of modular-based programme on optional discipline “Moral and ethic norms of lawyers’ professional communication” are revealed. The authors come to the conclusion that the formation of professional-ethic competence of law enforcement staff is a major direction of their professional training.
