The aim. Study for hypertension in patients urolithiasis. To find out details of the preparation of patients with hypertension to the surgical treatment. Materials and methods. Selected for the study with concomitant hypertension 589 male patients with urolithiasis (group I). The control group formed by the inclusion of 50 men with urolithiasis and hypertension, taken at an emergency surgery. The groups were matched for age, BMI, history of hypertension, presence of comorbidities. Patients in group I daily monitoring of arterial pressure was performed prior to surgery, on the second and tenth day after the operation. Patients in group II daily monitoring of arterial pressure before the operation was not made. Results.
