Training of future teachers for preventing school stress in learners

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of future teachers’ readiness to prevent school stress in learners, which is considered by the authors as a factor of maladjustment of children when studying at school. The results of an empirical study of the severity of school stress in primary schoolchildren are presented. The presence of a risk of maladjustment in 30 % of the subjects is shown in this article. The program of psychological and pedagogical support of high-risk schoolchildren is presented. An approach to the preparation of recommendations for teachers and parents on the prevention of anxiety and school stress in students is considered. The article describes a training module for undergraduates of the direction of training “Pedagogical education”, aimed at the formation of readiness for the prevention of school stress in learners. Psychological approaches, technologies and methods that are used to form the competence of stress management in undergraduates have been analyzed.
