Professional training for motor transport on a boundary of 1920-1930-s (on materials of the Middle and Low Volga region)

The article characterizes the activities of the central and local authorities and public organizations in solving a personnel problem for motor transport in the end of 1920s - the beginning of 1930s. The analysis of the various forms of the training of qualified personnel and the difficulties in their development is based upon the archival materials and statistic data.
