In this regard, the issue of bringing the training system in accordance with the requirements of employers is relevant. It is necessary to create innovative research and educational centers, where short-term training and retraining of specialists will be carried out; develop a legislative and institutional framework for the interaction of IT-industry and specialized universities; to prepare together with representatives of the IT-community new professional and educational standards; increase reception on IT-specialties.
