Training qualified swimmers assisted by training loads optimization

Бесплатный доступ

In the work, a schedule for each qualified athlete is drawn up, which reflects the heart rate and swimming speed. The optimal swimming speed depending on the level of functional readiness of each swimmer is developed. At high swimming speeds the achieved maximum heart rate remains constant. The speed, at which a swimmer reaches the maximum heart rate, is called the target time or "x"point. In order to determine swimmers’ heart rate, they should cover segments at different submaximal speeds. These indicators allowed us to predict sports results at sprinters’ 200m, at stayers’ 400m. Comparison of actual and predicted results allows us to consider this method of determining the results quite effective.
