Education of young medical specialists: student-teacher. Experience of the hierarchical approach to training medical students on the basis of the private clinic

This article discusses the need to structure the education of future medical specialists - schoolchildren planning to enter a medical college, and medical students. The authors have proposed an approach to continuing practical education of students both as part of the summer internship program in the clinic, and during the school year. Its purpose is to help trainees in their professional orientation and encourage the continuation of research activities. The main condition for the success of the proposed system is a clear division of responsibilities in the educational process among all its participants, differing in age, status and level of scientific and practical knowledge.
