Preparing teachers for the implementation of multicultural approach in additional education of children

The authors pay attention to the importance of realization of polycultural approach in social education of children and teenagers in the conditions of additional education. The article provides the programme of training the teachers working with this kind of activities created on the basis of the carried-out theoretical analysis of the problem of polycultural education of children.
