The article indicates the importance of the implementation of multicultural approach in the social education of children and teenagers in the conditions of additional education. The authors identified a number of issues of multiculturalism typical for institutions of additional education. Also, they pointed at conditions and resources that exist in the organization to deal with them. The article suggests the teacher training programs specially created for this type of activity.
