The active living position of future sports manager to study doesn't arise in itself, it first of all result of purposeful activity of pedagogical staff of faculties and each chair separately which in the course of teaching and educational work give to students of knowledge, develop at them abilities to show intellectual, physical, emotional and strong-willed efforts, form public motives of training, bring up interest to a science, aspiration independently to fill up the knowledge, to impart love to the chosen profession, to achieve deep understanding them moral responsibility for readiness for professional work on the chosen specialty.
