Approach to structuring risks in commodity flows of enterprises' logistics systems

Currently, the Russian market is largely characterized by a high level of competition from domestic and foreign manufacturers. In order to maintain their positions in the market, enterprises need to improve the logistics system. The logistics system of an enterprise includes all interconnected links supply, production and distribution, as well as transportation and storage. The relationship and work of all links is a complex logistics process that occurs in our time in the conditions of an unstable geopolitical situation, high competition in the market. With the development of globalization of economic processes, an increasing number of market participants communicate in supply chain systems. Most of the participants are divided into two types: in the first one, the participants are distinguished by the predictability of their reactions to market changes, in the second one there are participants whose reaction to market impacts is difficult to predict. Hence, the reasons for the emergence of risky situations in the processes of goods movement in supply chains are clear. Research by various authors tend to search for the causes of risks directly at the enterprise participating in the supply chain. This study attempts to structure risks depending on various factors and conditions of market impacts on supply chains. At the same time, attention is drawn to the dual nature of risks, separately highlighting their negative impact on supply chains and speculative (dual) impact.
