Approaches to analysis and evaluation of an industrial enterprise workplace

In the article, the author examines the main approaches used by specialists at industrial enterprises to analyze and evaluate personnel workplaces. Among the main approaches are: organizational and technological, social and economic. The author made proposals to refine the existing methodology for assessing the effectiveness of workplace organization. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that today there is a need to develop a scientific and methodological basis for assessing the effectiveness of workplaces. Thanks to the study of the workplace from the point of view of the accounting object, the effectiveness of which can be assessed, it is possible to develop an accounting system that allows assessing the need to create or maintain a certain workplace, as well as assessing the profitability or unprofitability of a particular workplace.
