Approaches to the analysis of the use of labor resources of the enterprise based on human capital theory

The article presents arguments confirming the importance of human capital as a fundamental factor in the economic development of the country's economy, assesses the importance of human capital in the Russian Federation, gives recommendations for the development of innovative economy and attracting foreign investment. The main modern approaches of Russian and foreign scientists and practitioners to accounting and analysis of human resources at the corporate level are considered.
