Approaches to the formation and development of public-private partnership in Russia

With the objective of improving the competitive position of the domestic economy it is necessary to take concrete actions on development of scientific-technical base, which can become a vector of sectoral, regional, and national development. Fundamentally important aspects of this process are to provide an integrated approach for the development of science and industry, which requires appropriate resource authority, regulatory and legislative frameworks. Public-private partnership will allow to reconcile the interests of scientific, educational and industrial organizations, provide joint and targeted activities of the participants, allow to master goods that will affect the growth of the competitive advantages of both scientific, technical, industrial and national components.
