In modern conditions, the effective management of the company in general, and real estate management in particular, becomes strategically important, since real estate is one of the main resources of the company. Understanding real estate as a strategic resource of a company assumes that all decisions in the field of real estate management should be proportionate to its overall strategy and aimed at achieving the strategic goals of the company.
