Approaches to formation of industrial policy concept in the context of innovation component (on the example of Krasnoyarsk region)

The article dwells upon a problem of Krasnoyarsk region industrial policy formation with regard to economy modernization and structural reproduction optimization. It is shown that regional industry has a number of factors limiting its accelerated development; industrial production and financial results were analyzed by types of economic activity. Basic elements of industrial policy concept were suggested in scope of innovations; perspective development of leading industrial branches of the region was estimated in compliance with innovation strategy of development and implementation of the cluster approach.
