Approaches to the urban infrastructure research

The article is deals with the analysis of the major contractor of the city social and economic system, «the city infrastructure», its research algorithm is represented by the statistical analysis as a result of which financial balance is calculated; the dynamic analysis (SWOT the analysis of technical and social infrastructure); ranking of risks of the city infrastructure.
