Approaches to the mechanism of implementation of the industrial policy of the region (on the materials of the Republic of Komi)

Implementation of the course of the Government of Russia for the modernization of all spheres of public life is not possible without changing approaches to the conduct of regional industrial policies. The article is aimed at consideration of the most significant approaches to the mechanism for implementing modern regional industrial policy. Three main directions of the successful implementation of regional industrial policy are presented, which contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the industry through the implementation of major investment projects and the development of innovative capacity.
