Approaches to independent accreditation of joint educational programs

The article discusses the problems and approaches to the independent accreditation of joint educational programs, the development of which is considered by many universities as a strategic priority. The proposed version of institutional and program accreditation in the Russian Federation in the context of ongoing reforms in the field of higher education is also presented and justified.
