Approaches to rationing intellectual labor

Бесплатный доступ

The article considers methods of rationing physical labor in relation to the proposed approaches to rationing in-intellectual labor. On the example of process engineers and managers, the conclusion is de-concluded about the expediency of introducing a "normalized task" in determining the labor intensity of a particular intellectual activity (for managers - "complex function"). To standardize the number of workers and standardize the quality of labor results, it is proposed to use either standards, or key performance indicators, or established standards by the organization itself with indicators of performance and efficiency associated with increasing labor productivity. It is concluded that this area of research into the norm of intellectual labor is promising, including in the context of the digitalization of the economy.
