In article questions of efficiency of strategic management of human resources at the regional level are investigated. The purpose of strategic management of human resources at the level of the region is formulated. The sequence of justification of structure of problems of management of human resources is in less detail described. Identification of structure of priorities on their importance on the basis of certain criteria is offered. The directions promoting improvement of conditions and qualities of life of the population of the region are defined.
