The approaches to quality estimation of teaching staff activity at higher institutions

This article analyzes the causes of complexity to work up the model and methods for teaching quality estimation and also the typical disadvantages of quality estimation methods for teaching staff that are presently used at Russian institutes of higher education. The example of general scheme for teaching quality estimation is also demonstrated.
