Approaches to assessment of socio-economic and financial development of aglomerations

The article reveals the significance of the development of agglomerations for territorial settlement and improving the living standards of the country's population. The most common methods and approaches to assessing the socio-economic development of agglomerations are considered, the necessity of choosing indicators of their financial development is substantiated. The results of the assessment of these indicators are given on the example of an agglomeration of regional significance.
