Ways for teachers to use effective methods to achieve modern quality of education on the basis of organization of the educa tional process according to individual educational programs for pupils

The article is devoted to the problem of the teachers professional development in conditions of updating of the pedagogical activity content according to requirements of modern general education quality. At the heart of the effective pedagogical mechanism of implementation of Federal State Educational Standards of the General Education is the idea of managing the development and realization of individual education programs for pupils. In the article are described approaches to teachers studying standard, methodological and psycho-pedagogical bases of designing the activity to ensure the individualization of education. There are considered the methods of forming teachers professional competence necessary for the organization of educational process on individualized education programs for pupils. Author also describes the ways for teachers to master technologies of the organization of pupils project and research activities as way to achieve the new educational results. Besides, in the article are given the recommendations on the formation of evaluation criteria of teachers activity on realization of individual education programs for pupils.
