Approaches to building a corporate project management model in an enterprise

The article discusses approaches to building a corporate project management model in an enterprise. The essence of the category’s «project», «project management», «corporate model of project management in the enterprise» is defined. Particular attention is paid to the relevance of the integration approach within the corporate structure. The development of a mechanism for the formation of a corporate project management model at an enterprise within the framework of an integrated approach, the scheme of such a model, as well as a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the applied corporate project management model at an enterprise are presented.
