The article presents the ways of complex reformation of educational work of the Department of Internal Affairs and considers some approaches to their realization. The article is dedicated to professional traditions, customs, peculiarities of work organization as well as physical and spiritual development in the sphere of non-professional creativity as the means of improving educational influence. The Falun Dafa system is recommended to be widely used in Department of Internal Affairs.
