Approaches to arms export regulation

The article considers the directions of convergence of the regulatory legal framework in the field of regulation of issues of military-economic cooperation. This makes it possible to create systems of collective security of States parties in the field of defense and security. It is also possible to coordinate plans for the development, production, supply and repair of weapons and military equipment and to develop common approaches to the norms for the creation and maintenance of stocks of materials.
