The article discusses approaches for resolving conflicts that arise in international companies, where cultural, economic and political differences can exacerbate tensions between employees and divisions. The author analyzes the main types of conflicts characteristic of multinational organizations and proposes a range of approaches for their resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Special attention is given to the importance of cultural competence and emotional intelligence in the conflict resolution process. The study emphasizes that successful conflict resolution not only contributes to improving the internal atmosphere within the company but also positively impact its reputation and competitiveness on the international stage.
