Подходы к снятию ограничений, принятых в целях сдерживания распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции

В аналитическом материале проведен анализ планов зарубежных стран по ослаблению (снятию) противоэпидемиологических ограничений. На основе проведенного анализа выработаны рекомендации по ослаблению (снятию) противоэпидемиологических ограничений в России. В ходе первого этапа (самое позднее – с 11 мая) возможно разрешить нахождение граждан вне дома с рекреационными целями, открыть малые непродовольственные магазины, восстановить работу предприятий с замкнутыми коллективами или предполагающие работу на открытом воздухе при условии соблюдения санитарных мер и т.д. В случае отсутствия ухудшения ситуации в течение 14 дней воз- можно продолжить ослабление ограничений: открыть все предприятия торговли и общественного питания, восстановить офисную работу, если она не может выполняться дистанционно, и т.д. Наконец, после выработки коллективного иммунитета и (или) при открытии эффективного способа лечения нового заболевания возможно разрешение проведения массовых мероприятий и полноценное восстановление международного авиасообщения.
