There is a need for modern tools for managing commercial enterprises, allowing them to increase their competitiveness and efficiency without additional resource costsin the context of globalization and the integration of the Russian market into the world economic system,. One of such tools successfully used in the West, but practically not used in Russia, is the ideal-forming side of any company’s activity - its organizational culture. Today organizational culture is one of the key tools of the personnel policy of the enterprise. It largely determines the vector of staff development, increases the company's business reputation, its attractiveness and stability in a competitive environment. This article discusses various approaches to the typology of organizational culture and carries out their comparative analysis.
