Treatment of fractures in the elbow area is a complex problem of modern traumatology and orthopedics. Features of the structure and biomechanics of the elbow, a predisposition to the appearance of heterotopic ossification and development of post-traumatic contractures determine the importance of choosing a method of treatment of the problem.
