The burial of a horseman from the end of the 5th - first half of the 6th century in the Shosseinoye burial-ground, the Kaliningrad region (preliminary report)

The article presents the find of a burial of a horseman dating from the end of the 5 th - beginning of the 6 th century in the Shosseinoye burial-ground (Kaliningrad Region) in 2012. The association stands out clearly on account of the variety and richness of the grave-goods. It can be compared to the so-called leaders' burials of the late stage in the period of the Great Migration of the Peoples.
