The paper examines a set of items from the funerary offerings retrieved from the early Muslim burials of the Golden Horde period. Islamic necropolis Kyrk-Azyzler is located in the outskirts of the city of Bakhchisarai (Republic of Crimea). Presence of funerary offerings is a major violation of the established Islamic burial tradition (janazah) and suggests pagan reminiscences during the first stage of the Turkic population Islamization in Crimea during the Golden Horde period. The paper presents information concerning functional groups and chronology of objects deposited in the grave. It also provides analogies for dating the finds which is helpful in clarifying the overall chronology of a large part of the Kyrk-Azyzler cemetery, where most of the graves do not contain funerary offerings.
