Human abduction: human rights and doctrinal problems

In this article, topical issues of investigation of such a crime as kidnapping are considered. The article is devoted to some law enforcement, doctrinal problems that arise in the qualification of this act. This is due, first of all, to the fact that the law does not contain some legally significant concepts that are necessary for a proper legal assessment of this crime.
